Chartered town planner with 29 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. Has an in depth knowledge of the planning system and developed a reputation for being able to negotiate complex planning issues and securing planning permission for major development.

Initially worked for several local planning authorities, before establishing as a private sector planning consultant in 2001. Represents a wide range of clients including developers, housing associations and private individuals.

Friendly, personable and professional attitude, resulting in successful long term relationships with clients and officers in Local Planning Authorities. The majority of new instructions come from personal recommendations.

Works on projects throughout London, the home counties, and beyond, from an office in the beautiful town of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
